From centuries, eggs are considered great for skin, be it oily or dry. Fatty acids are present in egg yolks, which are famous for moisturising skin and white contains albumin – a simple form of protein that assists in removing excessive oil and tightening pores.
Protein-packed eggs are among the super foods for good health. Not only are eggs beneficial for the body, they also can provide a good dose of nourishment to the skin and hair and make them healthier. Rich in lutein, eggs can provide hydration and elasticity to the skin while the high protein content can help in repairing tissues and firming skin. The proteins in eggs can be used in softening the hair, and also to give it strength and shine. As far as honey is concerned, it has antibacterial properties, which is great to treat acne and great with antioxidants immensely required to cater aging problems. It is considered to be a great inexpensive home item to regain your skin glow without any risk. Other major benefits of honey include boosting your complexion by soothing and moisturising it and clearing up the pores because it makes them easy to unclog.
