Skin care and its nourishment is important at all stage whether you are young or you are going old and graceful. While thinking about skin and beauty always think about the natural and organic products and use them in the raw form instead of using them in a refined form or with different chemicals. I brought some mask for your skin with variable benefits to make you more beautiful and glowing.
Coffee and Milk Mask:
This first mask consists of coffee and milk as both make a best combination for skin nourishment and stop the aging processes. Coffee is able to exfoliate dead and dry skin and reduce irritation. They act on fat cells by drawing fluid, making cellulite visibility minimum and stop dehydration of the skin. On the other hand milk consist of lactic acid, which will reduce pigmentation, help in hydrating skin and help in healing skin, acne and sunburn.
Take one tablespoon of coffee and half tablespoon of milk; mix it properly until it becomes a thick paste. Apply it on clean face in upward direction to avoid wrinkling of skin. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it with warm water in same upward direction.
Flaxseed Mask:
The second mask is a flaxseed mask mixed with honey and yogurt. Each one of the ingredients are a powerful qualities effecting the skin. Flaxseed is known for its anti-inflammatory qualities and is best for skin irritation, redness and rashes. It consist of omega 3 which is a fatty acid and help in wound healing. Honey is anti-bacterial and is useful for the treatment of acne and prevention. It is also known as anti-oxidant and prevent aging. Moisturizing and smoothing effect of honey is known from centuries and are accepted. Yogurt is also known for its anti-aging qualities. To prepare flaxseed mask take one tablespoon of grounded flaxseed in a half cup of fresh yogurt. Add one tablespoon of honey to the mixture and mix them well. Apply the mask for 10 minutes in upward direction and wash it thoroughly with warm water.
Vitamin Bomb Mask:
Let’s have some vitamins with our vitamin bomb mask, which consist of apricot and banana. Both fruits are well known for their rich vitamin ingredients. Apricot consist of vitamin A and is best exfoliator for skin and keep it hydrated. Banana consist of vitamin E and C and help in making the skin even toned. Other than vitamins banana is rich in potassium. These ingredients will help in keeping the skin firm and elastic and eventually healthy. To have Vitamin bomb mask, take one apricot and half banana and add one tablespoon of lukewarm water. Mix them in a blender to have a smooth paste. Apply the paste on skin for at least 20 minutes. Wash it afterword with cool water. Cool water is recommended because it helps in closing the pours, which are opened with mask.
Strawberry and Egg White Face Mask:
The next mask is strawberry and egg white facemask. This mask help in boosting collagen production and keep your skin firm. Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and is considered best for oily skin as it reduces the production of sebum. It also help reducing acne because of its acidic nature. On the hand egg white is natural mask for keeping the skin firm and tight. The mask require 3 to 4 strawberries and one egg white. Mix them properly to have a paste and apply on skin for 15 minutes. Wash it properly with a plain water. Although it is always best to avoid talking when mask is on your face to avoid wrinkles but it is compulsory for this mask as it consist of egg white.
Cocoa-Coconut Mask:
The next mask is for all skin types and is known as cocoa-coconut mask. It is for smoothing and exfoliating your skin and to remove dead skin cells. This mask will act as an anti-oxidant and help preventing dark patches and aging effects. For preparing this mask take one teaspoon of coconut oil and a quarter teaspoon of cocoa. To have a smooth mixture and enhance results add one teaspoon of fresh yogurt. All of them should be at room temperature. Mix them and apply the mask on your skin for 10 to 20 minutes. Use warm water to wash your face.
Avocado and Olive Oil Mask:
The next mask in line is avocado and olive oil mask. Take two tablespoon of avocado grounded and one tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the puree to have a smooth mixture and apply it for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it thoroughly with plain water. This mask is best for skin protection from toxins which are present in environment and help removes wrinkles. The mask consist of avocado which is fatty acids rich and have vitamin E, potassium and lecithin which keep the skin moisturize. Olive oil is anti-aging and anti-oxidant.
Rice Milk Cleanser Mask:
Last but not the least, rice milk cleanser mask, which will require quarter cup rice powder and 2 to 3 tablespoon of rice milk or water. Massage the mixture for 10 minutes and wash it off with plain water. Stay smooth while doing massage. Rice is considered best for oil absorption and provide an acne free fresh skin.
Apply each mask according to your need and skin problems daily or on alternative days. Apply moisturizer after each mask to get good results. It is always considered best for face mask to apply them on your face, neck and shoulder to have even skin tone. Always apply mask in upward direction and with smooth hands and same should be followed for washing and moisturizing. Go natural and stay young.
